TABS is a one-size-fits-all, front of the foot orthotic device which provides relief to ball-of-foot pain, Metatarsalgia, Capsulitis, calluses, and arthritic joints.
TABS are made of highly engineered fabric and foam composite material that is uniquely joined together without the need of adhesives. How to use TABS?
Proper placement of TABS on your feet is very important for maximum effectiveness and comfort. Please follow these instructions carefully.

Place the gel pad directly under the ball of the foot. The pad should be under the most tender area for maximum effectiveness. |
Pull the Velcro over the top of the foot and secure in place. |
TABS are meant to be worn barefoot under socks or stockings. Be sure to stretch socks over TABS to prevent shifting. |
Adjustments
Cut the non-velcro end of strap if too long.
Care
TABS will stretch after repeated use. To return shape, hand wash in soapy water, squeeze out excess water and air dry. Do not machine dry!
