FABS

Having been lucky enough to use the FABS for my patients with plantar fascitis, I have been able to take recreational and high level athletes and return them to their pre-injury status. I have been able to avoid injections and am only rarely needing anti-inflammatories. The strap is a genius in its simplicity and I have even used it on people who play beach-volleyball that have used it barefoot without difficulty. Warren G. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your Foot Arch Bands (FABS). During the period in which I was suffering from heel spurs, going barefoot around the house was extremely painful. As soon as I put on my FABS, though, the pain went away almost miraculously. In fact, my heels felt better when I was wearing FABS then when I wore shoes with my prescription orthotic inserts! Now that my heel spurs are less painful, I still find that my feet feel better at the end of the day if I wear FABS around the house. Martin Wattenber

First of all, I must say that your FABS are great. I am the captain for my volleyball team in Santa Margarita. Additionally, I play for a club team, Laguna Beach Athletic Club. Your FABS have improved my game tremendously. They make an incredible difference in my performance on the court. Before I started using them I was having problems with my smash. The basic problem was the result of my inability to jump high enough. Consequently, most of the time the ball would hit the net. In addition, when I jumped to hit the ball many times I felt off balance. This made it very difficult to execute hard accurate hits. Now, because of the FABS both these problems were solved. Because of this I can now feel very balanced all the time when I am on the court, and I believe that your FABS have added six inches to my overall jumping capability. The FABS now allow me to focus more on my arm swing, which makes me a better hitter and player. I am writing this note to let you know what impact the FABS had on my jogging. I had been jogging 3 ﾽ miles with a struggle. The FABS immediately eased the stress in the legs, especially at the knees. In addition, I was surprised to see my time for the 3 ﾽ mile improved by 40 seconds. Problems: Foot and lower back pain
I began using FABS when I was pregnant with my son. About five months into my pregnancy, I began to experience some pain in my lower back as well as my feet as a result of the additional weight gain. Because I have a tendency to pronate, I went to Dr. Roth to see if there was anything he could recommend to help relieve the pain. He recommended that I try FABS as they would provide more support for my feet. I started wearing FABS and the pain in my back and my feet improved immediately. My daughter is a competitive gymnast. She experienced an ankle fracture about 8 months ago. In the process of the fracture healing, she started walking differently on her foot. This in turn caused re-occurring pain from her big toe up into the arch of her foot. Her orthopedic surgeon diagnosed her with plantar faciiatis and had her lay off her foot and take anti inflamatories for three weeks. When she started back, her foot again started to hurt. Her doctor then had her try the FABS arch supports. The improvement in her foot was amazing. Things that use to hurt no longer did. She was able to do more and more tumbling each workout. I want you to know that I am very pleased with your product, FABS. As a dancer and a dance and Pilates instructor, I spend many hours on my feet. Much of my work is done bare foot. Working during my pregnancy last year caused additional stress to my feet, and my arches began to flatten and ache. I suddenly found it necessary to sit down frequently during sessions to relieve the pain in my feet. The use of FABS provided tremendous support for my arches and I was able to last much longer on my feet. The arch support seemed to pull the weight off my heels, thus relieving the pain I was experiencing. Not only did the FABS arch supports do wonders for my feet, they have many other outstanding qualities. I am pleased to know that I no longer have to put up with poor tape jobs which are very difficult to dance with. FABS are slender, they fit in all my shoes, and are easy to adjust with the Velcro straps. I am also able to use them for modern dance which is done primarily bare foot. The sleekness of FABS allows me to still feel the floor and to stay in contact with the floor to prevent slipping. I now find myself wearing FABS in all my shoes for extra support and comfort. I have had foot pain for years form Plantar Fasciitis. I have been to the podiatrist numerous times and have worn orthotic and nothing but a supportive athletic shoe. Last February, I discovered FABS. I purchased a pair locally and began wearing them daily. My foot pain completely subsided, and I have been able to wear a more dressy casual shoe other than an athletic shoe (and no orthotics). Recently, my feet have begun to hurt a little. As I said, I have been wearing the FABS every day since February. I wash them regularly, and they appear to be in perfect shape. However, I am wondering if the pads have worn down, and I just dont notice because they dont appear to. By the way, thank you for your invention. Six months of no foot pain has been wonderful. C. I have recently had terrible sharp pain in my heels which I guessed was PF. While at the San Diego Fair (walking with not so good "massaging inserts") I was intrigued by one of the 3-4 vendors peddling orthotics. I listened to the spiel and let them wow me with demonstrations of improved balance...and would you believe it DID actually relieve my pain. Well only my fear of giving $250 to the snake-oil salesman stopped me from buying right then. I decided to go to the more reputable Foot Solutions Store. They tried many orthotics but none provided the same relief nor did they fit in my work shoes. But begging for at least a temporary solution they suggested your FABS. Well I tried them and WOW...almost instantly I felt 80% better. In the 3 days I have been wearing them I would say this has increased to 95%. In fact I even played golf yesterday. So thank you. Problems: Foot cramping
I have very flat feet and have been suffering arch "cramps" while dancing for years and it's been slowly getting worse. I found these and was a tad skeptical, but figured it wouldn't hurt to try. Wow! These are great! I can't believe I didn't even experience a twinge of pain after 2+ hours dancing in 2" character shoes. These are worth every penny and then some! :D Margie Orange County
